Our Trainings

A Black Belt program is considered to be at a higher level than green belt and similarly green belt program is considered to be at a higher level than black belt.

These trainings are based on DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control) framework and extent of coverage of tools and techniques would vary.

 

FORMAL CERTIFICATION

While Champions training is for department heads and CXOs to understand the strategic perspective of lean six sigma, the other three training are aimed at full time and part time practitioners and even students.

In addition to training, we also mentor projects and assist you towards a formal certification.

Certification

yellow/green/black belt certification

After completing this program, you will receive a course completion certificate. A yellow/green/black belt certification will be awarded after submission of a project by the learner.
Pre-requisites:

There are no-requisites. This course is comprehensive and designed to bring up you to pace from ground zero with regard to Lean Six Sigma.

Only for the Black Belt program, completion of green belt program is essential.
